Important Stuff

  • We use checking accounts to do business. Any new checking accounts will have to wait 1 to 4 business days to ship first order. Why? The banks take that long to cash checks. We need to verify you are a real human that has real money. After we get to know you and your account number, you are allotted up to $350 in instant purchases out of that account. 
  • After your 1st purchase, you have instant purchasing ability because we verify using a 3rd party check company. The company verifies your account but they sometimes cannot get real time information from your bank accounts.
  • Emergency Account Switch? In a rush? Well, we have that solved. It is slightly intrusive but this was requested by some of you that may use different bank accounts often. If you don’t want to wait 1-3 business days, we offer instant purchases to anyone that is willing to print an active statement from their bank account. Everything on the statement can be redacted other than the last 4 numbers of the account, your name, the date and the amount. Sorry for these options, as the US government has convinced credit card companies they shouldn’t process kratom.
  • We will not sell anyone product if we think they are abusing it and we have the right to cancel any order. We are operating outside of the FDA’s jurisdiction by being strict in how we sell this product. Don’t even insinuate you ingest this product, or we can’t sell it to you.
  • Any orders over $350 that uses a check or an electronic check must have a fully processed check before shipping order out.
  • No discounts will be given on our wholesale items, direct import kratom and already discounted items.
  • We don’t accept returns. We do however take each case by its details and we have refunded people and will do so again if their is proper cause. Some circumstances might dictate refunding an order. If we have committed an error we can issue 100% refund.
  • Please never use the word kratom on any 3rd party financial payment platform that we accept. Kratom is legal but we don’t like dealing with corporate financial B.S. and the word ‘kratom’ is flagged by everyone in the corporate world.
  • Please don’t use the term “cracker” when referring to a lighter skinned person.
  • A coupon cannot be applied unless you actually apply the coupon during checkout. We will not retro-actively apply a coupon.
  • If we are unsure about anything in your order we have the right to delay it to make sure everything is in order.
  • If we ship to an address that a customer provides and it is wrong or undeliverable, the customer must pay for the package to be re-shipped to a new address. We are not responsible for an address that wasn’t included on the original order. But if we drop the ball, we will throw that ball back to you.

Easy Purchasing – We Pick For You

This is an option for people who want to easily order. and will use an unusual way to do it. If you are Picky Nicky, do not order using this option. And for the sake of legality, the selections we make for you, are completely random and not connected to your statements in any way. We are not selecting anything for ingestion. And our products are not meant to cure or treat anyone. Please do not mention consumption or ingestion or we will cancel your order.

The way this works: 

  • You just tell us about your current situation. Explain yourself. Tell us the bad stuff going on. And we will send you products. We read your story and then fill your order. When we fill your order, “we won’t be filling your order to treat you, or help you in any regard.” That would be illegal. After reading your story, we will fulfil your order with “random guesses” and “not based on your story at all”.
  • ALL ORDERS and EVERY TIME, you must copy and paste this in your order notes: “I understand that you aren’t selling me these products to ingest, and your selections are completely random, but I want you to get to know me.

Our same day shipping ends at 12pm EST. Any order completed AND *payed for before that time would be considered the first business day. If the order is completed after 12pm EST. Then, the first business day would be the next day we are open for business.

  • For example if you completed your order at 1pm EST on Friday and you selected ECONOMY shipping, the first business day would be the following Monday. So, by our terms of service, the latest we could ship that ECONOMY package would be Wednesday.
  • Another example would be, if you completed your order at 11am EST on Friday and you selected PRIORITY shipping, the first business day would be the that day. So, by our terms of service, the latest we could ship that PRIORITY package would be that same day.
  • Another example would be, if you completed your order at 1pm EST on Friday and you selected EXPRESS shipping, the first business day would be the following Monday. So, by our terms of service, the earliest we could ship that EXPRESS package would be the following Monday (granted the post office isn’t closed.)


No Shipping on Saturday or Sunday. Or any day that a natural disaster or anything out of the ordinary has shut the post office down or it has lost power.

Products will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.  

Our normal customer service response times are Monday 9AM -Friday 11AM.


We ship as fast as we can and will always give 100% to our customers. Below is a guide to help expectations. We are in no way bound to meet these times. 


This option means that we have up to 1-5 business days to ship your product. We highly recommend you choose PRIORITY or EXPRESS shipping if you expect your package to be shipped as soon as possible. This selection is meant for folks not in a rush who want to save a little cash and have plenty of time to receive their product. While we usually ship Economy packages the next business day, if we run into high volume we then resort to the shipping hierarchy.
This option means that we have up to 1 business day to ship your product using USPS PRIORITY. We highly recommend you choose PRIORITY or EXPRESS shipping if you expect your package to be shipped as soon as possible. This selection is meant for folks who want their package fast and economically not to hard on the wallet. This selection is not guaranteed by a certain time. Check out the USPS terms here.
This option means that we have up to 1 business days to ship your product using USPS EXPRESS. We highly recommend you choose PRIORITY or EXPRESS shipping if you expect your package to be delivered as soon as possible. This selection is meant for folks who want their package as fast as they can get it. This selection is guaranteed in 1 or 2 days. Check out the USPS terms here.

What is a business day?

Our same day shipping ends at 12pm EST. Any order completed AND *payed for before that time would be considered the first business day. If the order is completed after 12pm EST. Then, the first business day would be the next day we are open for business.


  • For example if you completed your order at 1pm EST on Friday and you selected ECONOMY shipping, the first business day would be the following Monday. So, by our terms of service, the latest we could ship that ECONOMY package would be Wednesday.
  • Another example would be, if you completed your order at 11am EST on Friday and you selected PRIORITY shipping, the first business day would be the that day. So, by our terms of service, the latest we could ship that PRIORITY package would be that same day.
  • Another example would be, if you completed your order at 1pm EST on Friday and you selected EXPRESS shipping, the first business day would be the following Monday. So, by our terms of service, the earliest we could ship that EXPRESS package would be the following Monday (granted the post office isn’t closed.)

After we ship your item using one of the USPS’s services, it is your responsibility to track it. When your item is shipped we can do absolutely nothing to speed it up, re-route it, or make any lost mail claim for 14 days for domestic packages and 21 days for international shipments. Please do not become overly aggressive with us over this issue. That makes us very sad and there is nothing we can do but wait until the 14th day. An average of 2-4% of all shipments get delayed up to 14 days ( The longest Express we’ve seen is 4 days) . There is no guarantee for Priority or USPS First Class Shipping. It is unfortunate if there is a delay but it is completely out of our control once the USPS has your package and we can do nothing about it. Once we ship the package all parties are at the mercy of the USPS. We will replace any package immediately after the 14th (4th day if Express is chosen) day of its delinquency. Most packages show up regardless of what your tracking says. The USPS is notorious for miss scanning packages. We will not call up the USPS and search for your package before the 14th day (4th day if Express is chosen). It is 100% the customers responsibility to call and track the package before the 14th. In our extensive experience the USPS will just say, “it will show up soon” and will tell you that you have to wait 14 days to make a domestic lost mail claim and 21 days for an international lost mail claim. If you choose to call them at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) Please have your shipping details with you to make your call easier.

About 1-5% Of all shipments go UNSCANNED. So, please do not worry if the tracking looks funny. ALL packages that get sent out priority or economy must be prepared for up to a 14 day wait. There is no guaranteed shipping for those options. Express is the only guaranteed option. 

Under no circumstance will we re-ship any lost order before the day 14 of shipping (if not express). Any lost items will get shipped out after the 14th business day. Unfortunately about 2-4% of all USPS packages (not express) take 10-14 days. If your in neighboring states this might be faster. But, not everytime. We ship from Maine and a package to NJ has landed in 15 days before. Only 3 packages have ever been lost in 7 years. More have been stolen by USPS then lost. Your in good hands.

Nobody ordering economy should expect to receive there package in less than 7-14 days. Economy is meant for people to order there products about 3 weeks in advance to avoid any issues. Please do not be one of the customers that does not
understand how shipping with USPS works. We will gladly tell you how it works. It is your job to pick the best shipping option, not our job to live up to your unrealistic expectations about USPS shipping. If you want your item faster than pay for the shipping.

Express Shipping

We use USPS express shipping. With a charge of $30 per 1000g (Larger packages cost more) you can select shipping by USPS EXPRESS and have it shipped the ***same day if order is complete before 12pm eastern and the following requirements are met. To take advantage of ***same day shipping, you must have your order form complete AND funds completed transacted before 12pm eastern. There are no exceptions to this. The logistics of our packing and labeling require this deadline. Under no circumstances will we ship beyond these deadlines. These terms of EXPRESS shipping are required to give people an opportunity to get their package faster than First Class or Priority.  If you purchase
the EXPRESS option you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to delay any shipment if funds are not transferred completely or payment instructions are not met. Echeck orders must be made before 8am to take advantage of same day shipping (existing customers not new customers) They are processed in que by our processing company. If they haven’t been processed before noon M – F we cannot ship the order same day. Bounced checks hold a $20 fee plus the amount of the order.
Any new customer using “Checking Account” option will have to wait until money is taken out of their account. After funds are withdrawn your order will ship. Your account will be verified for instant purchases for your future purchases( using that exact account) after the first purchase. It can take 2 to 4 business days to process first payment completely on new accounts. On your first shipment, before funds are withdrawn, and your order is shipped, you will get a completed payment email. You completed the payment but, the transaction takes 2 – 4 days. Please balance your account accordingly. After this initial purchase you will unlock instant purchases under $350.
